Day 1: Overseas to Delhi Meet upon arrival and transfer to hotel. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Delhi / Srinagar

After breakfast transfer to airport to catch flight for Srinagar. On arrival in Srinagar, transfer to Deluxe Houseboats on Dal-Lake. After lunch sightseeing of Mughal Gardens visiting Nishat Bagh (Abode of pleasure) built by Asif Khan brother in law of Jahangir in 1632 AD and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love) built by Jahangir for his wife Empress Noor Jehan. All the gardens are situated on the bark of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background. Dinner overnight in deluxe houseboats.


Day 3: Srinagar / Gulmarg / Srinagar

Full day trip to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. above sea level. The distance of 60kms will be covered in about 2 hrs. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski slopes in the world and highest golf course of the world with 18 holes. One can also have the view of Nanga Parbhat if weather permits. The view en route from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. One can also have a short trek up to Khilangmarg which can be covered in about 3 hrs. Chair Lifts for mountain ride are also available. Lunch will be carried from the Houseboat. Dinner overnight in Deluxe Houseboats.

Day 04: Srinagar/Delhi /Agra

After early breakfast transfer to airport to catch flight for Delhi. On arrival in Delhi drive direct to Agra (The city of TAJ Mahal). The total distance of 200kms will be covered in about 3:30hrs. Late evening arrive Agra transfer to hotel for overnight stay.


Day 5: Agra/Jaipur

After breakfast sightseeing of the famous TAJ Mahal. TAJ Mahal one of the Seven Wonders of the World built by Moughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz. The monument made of white marble took over 22 years to finish between 1630 AD. to 1652 AD. Also visit Agra Fort – A massive structure on the bank of Yamuna built by famous emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. It has numerous places and beautiful pearl mosque. Afternoon drive to Jaipur , distance of about 240kms will be covered in about 5.5 hrs. On arrival, transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.



Day 6: Jaipur/Delhi

After breakfast sightseeing of Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort. Amber Fort, which is very beautiful structure and well, preserved 16th century built on four levels surrounded by ruins. Among the many splendour of the fort is a small room with ceiling covered by tiny mirrors. Also enjoy the unique experience of elephant ride to the fort. Also visit City Palace and Janther Manther (18th century astronomical observatory) with several incredible sundials and Sun clocks. Afternoon Drive to Delhi the distance of 265kms will take 6 hrs approximately, on arrival in Delhi transfer to hotel for overnight stay. Dinner at hotel or Restaurant.

Day 7 : Delhi / Overseas

Morning sightseeing of Old and New Delhi visiting India Gate, Jamia Mosque, Lakshmi Narayan Temple (Birla Temple), Lotus Temple, Raj Ghats (Cremation Place of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi), drive past Qutab Minar, Red Fort, President’s Palace, Parliament House, Government Buildings etc. Late evening transfer to International Airport to catch flight for onward destination

Sonamarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Enjoy horse riding up to Thajiwas glacier and sledge riding on snow. Day 04: Srinagar/Gulmarg/Srinagar

Day 6: Srinagar / Pahalgam / Srinagar 

Full day trip to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds). The distance of about 96kms will be covered in about 3 hrs. Enroute visiting Saffron fields, Avantipura ruins (1100 years old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Avantivarman), see the beautiful countryside on the way and lot of rice fields. Drive through the pine forest. This is a quaint little village nestled on the banks of river Lidder. This place is an angler’s delight and even an amateur can catch a rainbow trout from the rushing streams. The large brown bear is a natural inhabitant of the thick Pine and Cedar forests. Pahalgam has a golf course at 2400 meters above the sea level. Pahalgam is base camp for the pilgrims of Amarnath. Day 07: Srinagar/Delhi /Overseas 

After breakfast drive to airport to catch flight for Delhi. The shore line of the lake, is about 15.5 kilometres (9.6 mi), is encompassed by a boulevard lined with Mughal era gardens, parks, houseboats . Scenic views of the lake can be witnessed from the shore line Mughal gardens, such as Shalimar Bagh and Nishat Bagh built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Jahangir and from houseboats cruising along the lake in the colourful shikaras. 

Floating gardens, labelled the ‘Rad’ in tye Kashmiri language are a special feature of the lake. They basically constitute of matted vegetation and earth, but are floating. These are detached from the bottom of the lake and drawn to a suitable place (generally to the north west of the houseboats’ location) and anchored. Given its rich nutrient properties, tomatoes, cucumbers and melons are grown with noteworthy results.

Bangus is 72 Kilometers away from Srinagar and lies at an altitude of 10,000 ft. above sea level. The principal valley is locally known as “Bod Bangus” (Big Bangus) and has an estimated area of about 300 Square Kilometers. It consists of a linear elliptical bowl aligned along the east-west axis and is surrounded by Rajwar and Mawar in the east, Shamasbury and Dajlungun Mountains in the west and Chowkibal and Karnah Guli in the north. A smaller valley known as “Lokut Bangus” (Small Bangus) lies on the north-eastern side of the main valley.


The valley is traversed by many small streams with nearly 14 tributaries, including the Roshan Kul, Tillwan Kul and Douda Kul. The water of these streams form one of the headwaters of the Kamil River which in turn joins the Lolab stream, thus forming the Pohru River.

The meadows and the slopes of the side plateaus are covered with a range of flowers and medicinal plants. Fresh water fishes of moderate size and their fingerlings inhabit the streams. The valley’s forests and plains serve as the breeding, feeding and protection grounds for many wild animal species. The wild life of includes about 50 species of animals and about 10 species of birds. The animal species include the musk deer, antelope, snow beopard, brown bear, black bear, monkeys, and red fox.A large number of residents and migratory birds can also be found feeding and breeding in the valley. The prominent resident birds include the Pheasants, Tragophan, Monal Pheasant, Black Partridge Jungle, Bush Quail, and Wild Fowl.

Tulip garden kashmir 

Tulip garden in Srinagar, India. It is the largest tulip garden in Asia spread over an area of about 30 hectares. It is situated on the foothills of Zabarwan Range with an overview of Dal Lake. The garden was opened in 2007 with the aim to boost floriculture and tourism in Kashmir Valley.

The garden is built on a sloping ground in a terraced fashion consisting of seven terraces. Apart from tulips, many other species of flowers – hyacinths, daffodils and ranunculus have been added as well.

Tulip festival is an annual celebration that aims to showcase the range of flowers in the garden as a part of tourism efforts by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir. It is organized during the onset of spring season in Kashmir valley

The Lolab Valley is a Himalayan sub-valley and forms the north-western corner of the Kashmir Valley formed by the Lahwal River in ​Jammu and kashmir The entrance to the valley lies 9 km (5.6 mi) north of Kupwara town and the centre of the valley lies 114 km (71 mi) northwest of Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. It is an oval-shaped valley 15 miles (24 km) long with an average width of 2 miles (3.2 km)

Like other valleys in the region, Lolab Valley is also home to many Himalayan wild animals, which include Himalayan black bear, Himalayan brown bear, snow leopard, ibex, markhor, hangul and musk deer.

The Lolab Valley is well connected by road to Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir, and Srinagar Airport. A bus takes three hours to cover a distance of 114 km and leads through the towns of Sopore and Kupwara. In Lolab Valley, there are a few tourist huts and many camping site.It has the potential to become one of the best tourist destinations in kashmir.
